About This Role
- Own end-to-end associate experience for a designated channel/workstream, focusing on quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition for technical products or online services.
- Experience in feature delivery, product tradeoff decisions, and contributing to engineering discussions on technology strategy.
- Experience representing and advocating for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
