About This Role
- Lead and manage small agile software development teams delivering digital transformation solutions across diverse client sectors.
- Hands-on development including prototyping, code reviews, and guiding adoption of technical standards and best practices to improve engineering quality and organizational capability.
- Coach and mentor client teams to build technical capabilities and embed engineering excellence, user-centricity, and Agile principles.
- Collaborate with clients to translate strategic goals into innovative technology solutions and become a trusted technology leader.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of software development and architecture experience.
- Undergraduate or master’s degree required.
- Strong application development skills in at least one of: XML, JavaScript, Oracle, RDBMS, .Net, Java, Python.
- Experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading small, agile, and flexible development teams in a delivery-focused environment with technical hands-on involvement.
- Familiarity with modern DevOps/DevSecOps practices and engineering practices such as code refactoring, design patterns, continuous integration, and application security.
- Able to translate business requirements into practical, scalable enterprise software solutions within Agile frameworks.
