About This Role
- Design and develop AI/ML capabilities for Ericsson products, including intelligent automation, operational analytics, and GenAI-powered solutions.
- Lead AI/ML technical direction influencing product strategy, architecture, and technology roadmap.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to transform AI research into production-ready, scalable applications and AI-driven business solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in AI/ML and software engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with cloud-native environments.
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Generative AI, and data-driven systems.
- Experience in building scalable applications, APIs, and distributed systems.

- Experienced in applying AI/ML to improve software engineering productivity and automation.
- Demonstrates strong technical leadership and ability to influence product strategy around AI capabilities.
