About This Role
- Design, build, and deploy production ML systems across autonomous interviewing, fraud detection, and technical skill evaluation domains.
- Own the full ML lifecycle including problem framing, data strategy, experimentation, deployment, and iteration.
- Develop evaluation infrastructure and benchmarking pipelines to measure model quality before and after deployment; mentor junior ML engineers and establish ML best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience building and shipping ML systems in production at scale.
- Proficiency in Python and Deep Learning frameworks like PyTorch or JAX.
- Experience implementing deep neural network architectures from research papers.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong systems thinking integrating model accuracy, data pipelines, infrastructure, and customer outcomes as a whole.
- Experience or knowledge in multimodal systems (vision, NLP, audio), LLM techniques (fine-tuning, RLHF, pruning), and adversarial ML, fraud or anomaly detection.
- Comfortable solving ambiguous, undefined problems with direct access to leadership and fast feedback cycles.
