About This Role
- Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and coach Scrum teams to ensure continuous improvement and removal of impediments.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate them into user stories and functional specifications to align business needs and technical solutions.
- Track project progress with metrics and coordinate communication among distributed teams using Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst in Agile environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification.
- Location: Kolkata only (Primary location).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced working with cross-functional and distributed Agile teams, coordinating between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong background in facilitating Agile processes, coaching teams, and risk/issue management within IT or software development projects.
- Proficient in using Jira, Confluence, and other Agile project management tools to drive project transparency and delivery.
