About This Role
- Lead technical design and development of AI systems including architecture, agent orchestration, tools, and context management.
- Build and enhance AI agents integrated into product workflows such as document extraction, reasoning, and recommendations.
- Define and implement AI quality measurements, guardrails, confidence thresholds, escalation processes, and ensure reliable production-ready AI products.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 to 14 years of experience in AI, ML or software development.
- At least 3 years of experience leading engineering teams.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI technologies.
- Proficient in Python programming language.

- Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor teams and solve complex technical problems hands-on.
