About This Role
- Lead application security efforts including threat modeling, penetration testing, code and API security reviews, and integration of SAST/DAST into SDLC.
- Develop and enforce AI governance policies, standards, risk assessments, and controls to ensure secure and responsible AI adoption.
- Design, build, and maintain AI-driven agents, automations, and workflows to enhance security and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in application security including ethical hacking, penetration testing, secure SDLC, threat modeling, SAST, DAST, and API security.
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies, associated security risks, governance principles, and hands-on experience with platforms like Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Anthropic.
- Experience creating AI governance policies and conducting risk assessments for responsible AI implementation.
- Work Experience Required: 3+ years in relevant fields (application security and AI security).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working collaboratively with developers, DevOps, enterprise architects, product managers, and security operations teams to integrate security into development and AI adoption.
- Proven ability to balance hands-on technical security work with governance, policy development, and AI automation solutions.
- Comfortable managing end-to-end remediation cycles and communicating complex security and AI risk findings to technical and business stakeholders.
