About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale data, analytics, and AI platform projects including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical deliverables and maintain project governance (risk, dependency management, status reporting).
- Facilitate agile ceremonies across distributed teams, collaborate with senior technical stakeholders, and coach junior project managers.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
- 5+ years professional experience in technical project management, preferably in financial services, insurance, or regulated industry.
- 1+ year experience contributing to system design or architecture within data, analytics, AI, or platform engineering contexts.
- Proficiency with agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban), understanding of software development lifecycles, plus experience with programming/scripting (e.g., Python, SQL) to understand technical trade-offs.

- Experienced in complex, cross-functional technical project delivery involving data platforms or AI in regulated industries.
- Able to engage credibly with engineers and architects on system design, technology adoption, and trade-offs.
