About This Role
- Own and manage the Source to Pay (S2P) workstream within a large-scale ERP transformation program, including project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and deliverables across multiple platforms (PeopleSoft, Aravo, Zip).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to define future-state processes and requirements, ensure integration and testing of S2P systems, and manage data migration activities.
- Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to senior Client leaders and steering committees, supporting governance, UAT, change management, and go-live readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
- 6–10 years of project management experience; at least 3 years leading procurement, sourcing, accounts payable, or TPRM transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on familiarity with at least two platforms among PeopleSoft (Sourcing/Procurement), Coupa, Aravo, or Zip.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end source-to-pay processes and experience managing multi-system, multi-stakeholder workstreams with interdependencies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced managing complex transformation projects involving procurement, sourcing, TPRM, and financial services.
- Comfortable engaging with senior and executive audiences, delivering clear, authoritative presentations and reports.
- Capable of independently coordinating global teams across time zones with high attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills.
