About This Role
- Lead and manage timely monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing, audit compliance, and related reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare and analyze detailed financial reports including MIS, variance analysis, budgeting, and presentations to support business decision-making and operational improvements.
- Oversee budgeting processes, monitor cost reduction initiatives, ensure compliance with financial and audit requirements, and support financial system enhancements and investment evaluations.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of work experience in finance and accounts.
- Mandatory qualification: CA / ICWA / Inter with SAP knowledge.
- Industry preference: Automobile or Engineering sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, familiarity with Power BI, and strong knowledge of business case development, budget management, and MIS reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing end-to-end financial closing, audit coordination, and compliance in medium to large organizations, preferably in Automobile or Engineering sectors.
- Strong analytical capability to perform detailed variance and cost analyses supporting strategic business decisions and budgeting.
- Skilled in driving financial reporting automation and working collaboratively across functions to meet strict deadlines and audit standards.
