About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of Order to Cash (O2C) accounting operations including technical accounting, cash application, insurer reconciliation, and settlements.
- Lead and manage a team of 6-8 people ensuring adherence to SOPs, governance, compliance with no failures, and timely escalation of operational issues.
- Produce timely dashboards to aid decision-making and provide career development support to the team, including managing extended hours and shift work as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in Order to Cash accounting with prior team leadership experience handling 6-8 members.
- Graduate degree with relevant accounting and industry experience.
- Experience in managing accounting operations with focus on compliance, cash application, and insurer reconciliation.
- Willingness to work evening or night shifts with extended hours during month-end.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in the Insurance sector, preferably Insurance Broking Accounts or Fiduciary functions.
- Strong team management skills combined with ability to communicate, facilitate, and solve problems effectively.
- Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain good stakeholder relationships independently and within a team.
