About This Role
- Support CEO and COO in daily business operations including coordination, follow-ups, documentation, risk identification, and ensuring timely task completion.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive operational execution and address bottlenecks.
- Leverage AI and automation tools for research, documentation, workflow improvements, and implementing new digital productivity solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant work experience supporting senior leadership or operations roles.
- Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh; Work model primarily Work from Home with required office visits; Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Google Workspace, and AI-powered productivity tools; prior experience with AI agents or automation is advantageous.
- Comfortable handling sensitive/confidential information and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

- Experienced in supporting senior management or C-level executives with operational execution and follow-ups in dynamic environments.
- Highly organized, proactive, ownership-driven individual comfortable with multitasking and managing priorities independently.
