About This Role
- Own detailed analysis and maintenance of curricula, learning items, and related data for assigned functional areas to support rationalisation decisions.
- Execute data mapping, cleanup, and validation activities ahead of system migration to ensure data quality and compliance.
- Prepare structured analysis and status reports, support testing and reconciliation, and promptly raise data quality or risk issues within a regulated environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of business, data, or systems analysis experience including system transition or data migration involvement.
- Strong data handling skills with experience using spreadsheets, data extracts, queries, and reporting tools at volume.
- Experience in GxP-regulated environments and preparing documentation suitable for regulated contexts.
- Willingness to work overlapping US Eastern business hours; clear written and verbal English communication.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in regulated industries, preferably life sciences or pharmaceuticals, with knowledge of compliance standards and data integrity.
- Capable of managing high-volume, detailed analytical tasks independently with accuracy and consistency.
- Familiarity with learning management systems or enterprise HR platforms and comfortable working within structured program governance and reporting frameworks.
