About This Role
- Build, deploy, and monitor machine learning, Generative AI, and agentic AI models and solution components in a cross-functional squad.
- Source, clean, analyze data and support feature engineering, model evaluation, and production delivery following engineering, risk, and governance standards.
- Collaborate with operations teams to drive continuous improvement in AI capabilities impacting customer and colleague experiences.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of professional data science experience with demonstrated ML and AI solution delivery.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology.
- Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Spark; knowledge of ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is desirable.
- Experience applying Generative AI techniques including prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation; familiarity with version control (GitHub) and CI/CD; knowledge of ETL, containerization (Docker), and foundational AWS or Azure cloud concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end implementation of ML and Generative AI solutions, including deployment and monitoring in production environments.
- Able to translate technical analysis and AI model outputs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional agile teams incorporating engineering, data science, and operational members with a focus on responsible AI and governance standards.
