About This Role
- Serve as tech lead for the Digital Customer Experience (DCX) backend engineering team, owning architecture, scalability, and performance of Java-based microservices.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-availability cloud infrastructure using AWS, Cloudflare, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and coach the team in their efficient use.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Software Application Development.
- Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, and backend microservices development.
- Hands-on experience with AWS platform including application, database, network, and integration troubleshooting.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS services, Cloudflare, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced tech lead comfortable bridging high-level architecture with hands-on engineering execution.
- Proficient in building scalable, high-performance backend cloud systems for enterprise environments.
- Ability to leverage AI-assisted coding tools to improve development speed and quality, and mentor peers in their use.
