About This Role
- Own enterprise-scale HR operations finance governance covering vendor payments, employee benefits financial controls, and payroll finance for 5,000+ employees.
- Drive invoice validation, reconciliations, budgeting, MIS reporting, and audit readiness with maker-checker controls and cross-functional stakeholder management (HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Risk).
