About This Role
- Design and implement financial reporting and planning data solutions using Google BigQuery and SQL to support scalable cloud architecture.
- Lead migration of reporting from SAP BW to BigQuery, including business logic, calculations, and hierarchies transfer.
- Define scalable data models, KPI structures, financial hierarchies, and drive technical governance and best practices for enterprise reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data warehousing, analytics engineering, business intelligence, solution design, or analytics architecture.
- Proven hands-on experience implementing Google BigQuery solutions in production, with strong SQL development and optimization skills.
- Solid understanding of financial reporting, management reporting, controlling, planning and forecasting processes.
- Experience working across business and technical teams in an international environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in translating complex finance and business requirements into scalable technical solutions in cloud data platforms.
- Demonstrates capability to lead solution workshops and architecture discussions involving finance, IT, and controlling stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SAP BW and related finance source systems and enterprise reporting tools is advantageous.
