About This Role
- Lead and manage an engineering team integrating AI-assisted development as a core workflow, setting performance goals aligned with AI-augmented throughput expectations.
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards.
- Provide technical leadership on AI developer tooling and software architecture decisions, ensuring robust quality assurance practices for AI-generated and human-written code.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of software development experience with successful project delivery.
- Proficiency in Java languages and technologies (Java 17+ / Spring knowledge noted as bonus).
- Demonstrated experience leading or working in AI-native / AI-augmented engineering teams using coding agents and AI developer tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in AI-augmented software development environments who can implement and optimize AI-assisted workflows.
- Comfortable driving technical decisions in fast-paced, dynamic settings combined with global team collaboration.
- Background likely includes experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and possibly exposure to eCommerce software, cloud-native applications, or CPQ domain integration.
