About This Role
- Analyze and interpret changing regulatory reporting requirements and assess impacts on business, data, and systems globally.
- Document and translate regulatory instructions into detailed business and functional requirements, collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Perform detailed data lineage and quality assessments, define reconciliation and exception criteria, and manage requirements workflows including Jira story creation and backlog prioritization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, finance transformation, business analysis, or data management.
- Experience supporting regulatory reporting change initiatives within banking or financial services preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery environments; experience with Axiom/A360 or Workiva preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong background in regulatory reporting within banking or financial services, combining domain and data management expertise.
- Proficient in translating complex regulatory changes into implementable requirements across business and technology teams.
- Experienced working in both Agile and Waterfall project environments handling regulatory and reporting changes.
