About This Role
- Manage operational execution of new product rollouts and feature releases across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Design and maintain scalable processes for the Product Development Life Cycle to increase team velocity by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives with project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication including to executive leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Program Management or a similar operational role in SaaS or technology.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and experience implementing process improvements with measurable impact.
- Work Experience Required: 4+ years in relevant roles.

- Experienced in coordinating between Product, Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success teams in a SaaS environment.
- Skilled in building scalable operational frameworks that improve product delivery and rollout efficiency.
- Able to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights to prioritize product roadmaps effectively.
