About This Role
- Own product strategy and roadmap for Voice AI products including AI receptionists, phone agents, intelligent call routing, automated scheduling, and conversational analytics.
- Lead customer discovery and engagement for enterprise Voice AI use cases, identifying and validating emerging market problems and durable needs.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to build scalable real-time audio processing, analyze voice interactions, and define meaningful Voice AI metrics like containment rate and latency.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years product management experience, preferably in Voice AI, Conversational AI, Telephony, CCaaS, IVR, or adjacent SaaS/AI domains.
- Strong technical fluency with Voice AI technologies including STT/TTS, LLMs, real-time audio processing, and APIs.
- Experience building data-driven B2B SaaS products for enterprise customers with direct customer interaction and product discovery.
