About This Role
- Own end-to-end lifecycle of AI and digital solutions including discovery, definition, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage solution strategies, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs aligned with customer needs and business priorities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and operationally ready solutions integrating technology, services, AI, and partner capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Management, Presales, or related roles.
- Experience building enterprise solutions combining technology, services, partners, and delivery models.
- Strong customer discovery, requirements definition, and problem-solving skills.

- Experienced in leading complex cross-functional initiatives without direct authority in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to translate customer needs into scalable, repeatable AI and digital solutions.
