About This Role
- Manage end-to-end Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud implementation projects covering Finance, SCM, Procurement, HCM, EPM domains.
- Lead project planning, execution, governance, risk management, and delivery of Oracle transformation programs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and global delivery teams to ensure project success and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 11-14 years of overall IT experience with significant Oracle ERP Project Management exposure.
- Experience managing full lifecycle Oracle Cloud projects including implementations, rollouts, upgrades, enhancements, and support.
- Expertise in Oracle Cloud/Fusion Applications across multiple enterprise modules (Finance, SCM, Procurement, HCM, EPM).
- Experience with onsite-offshore delivery models and knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies.

- Experienced in managing large-scale, multi-module Oracle ERP transformation and delivery programs.
- Skilled in stakeholder and executive communication, project governance, and financial/resource tracking.
- Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed environment managing cross-functional and vendor teams.
