About This Role
- Own and deliver safety and compliance features on a large consumer AI product with 50M+ users, focusing on AI moderation, age checks, and red teaming.
- Drive product roadmap for safety, making trade-offs balancing user safety, compliance, and product impact.
- Define detection thresholds, manage false positives, shape human review processes, and review disturbing or illegal content reports.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with proven product ownership and delivery.
- Strong safety and regulatory judgement, demonstrated by concrete examples of trade-offs and impact.
- Based in Europe with full comfort working with explicit adult content and disturbing/illegal reports.
- Technical understanding of safety systems including thresholds, false positives, and human review mechanisms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operating at the intersection of product management and trust & safety for large-scale consumer AI platforms.
- Comfortable making complex safety and regulatory trade-offs in a fast-growing, high-impact environment.
- Capable of collaborating directly with engineering, legal, and executive leadership to drive safety outcomes.
