About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery and governance of enterprise IT Infrastructure managed services across multiple technology towers.
- Ensure SLA compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement for 24x7 infrastructure operations in a regulated BFSI environment.
- Manage geographically distributed teams, stakeholder relationships, and drive infrastructure transformation initiatives focused on scalability and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 20-25 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Services with at least 10 years in Delivery Management managing enterprise accounts.
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise infrastructure environments and multi-site operations within BFSI or NBFC sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Location requirement: Trivandrum; ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Expert and PMP/PRINCE2 certifications preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading large, complex, multi-site IT Infrastructure delivery in highly regulated BFSI or NBFC organizations.
- Proven capability in stakeholder management at senior levels and establishing delivery governance frameworks.
- Strong leadership in managing transformation initiatives and geographically distributed teams with a focus on operational metrics like CSAT, MTTR, and audit compliance.
