About This Role
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex Guidewire InsuranceSuite implementations (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) mostly on Guidewire Cloud.
- Define target architectures, integration patterns, and ensure scalable, maintainable, upgrade-ready cloud solutions aligned with best practices.
- Mentor delivery teams, embed AI and automation in delivery lifecycle to reduce implementation effort and time while improving quality and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenter solutions, including cloud implementations and large-scale transformations.
- Strong expertise in enterprise application architecture, integration patterns (REST APIs, messaging, batch), secure scalable design in SaaS/cloud.
- Proficiency in core InsuranceSuite-related technologies (Java, Gosu, relational DBs, integration middleware) and modern CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years overall software/solution architecture experience, including significant Guidewire implementation experience; bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- Background in consulting or Professional Services involved in Guidewire implementations, skilled at upskilling teams and driving engineering excellence.
- Strong affinity for applying AI and automation tools within delivery projects to reduce effort and enhance reliability, with knowledge of P&C insurance domain and standards.
