About This Role
- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using React.js on frontend and Node.js/Java/Go on backend with focus on distributed, fault-tolerant architectures leveraging AWS services.
- Build and maintain production-grade AI applications and tools incorporating LLMs, vector databases, RAG pipelines, and AI agent workflows with attention to scalability, security, and reliability.
- Develop and optimize data workflows including ETL pipelines, analytical systems schemas, and participate in CI/CD automation, code reviews, mentoring, and on-call support.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5+ years of professional software development experience with full-stack applications.
- Proficiency in React.js and at least one backend language among Node.js, Java, or Go.
- Experience with AWS cloud services, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), relational and NoSQL databases, and messaging systems like Kafka.
- Hands-on experience building production-grade AI applications or AI-powered tools and working knowledge of AI/ML fundamentals (LLMs, embeddings, RAG architectures).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced engineer comfortable working on distributed systems and microservices with strong cloud-native development skills on AWS.
- Proven ability to implement full software lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support in a collaborative, mentor-driven environment.
- Background in AI/ML integration into production systems and data engineering workflows, with familiarity in automation and infrastructure-as-code for enhancing developer productivity.
