About This Role
- Design, develop, and optimize AI-powered applications including LLM-based, autonomous agents, and Retrieval Augmented Generation solutions.
- Translate business needs into scalable AI architectures and reusable engineering components with focus on agent orchestration and prompt management.
- Lead AI data engineering, MLOps, and AI operations efforts including scalable data pipelines, CI/CD for ML models, and production AI workload support.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years in software engineering, AI engineering, machine learning, or data engineering.
- 8+ years hands-on experience building Generative AI applications.
- Expert Python programming skills; advanced SQL; experience with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.
- Role location is Pune.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience leading small teams of AI engineers, responsible for multiple concurrent technical initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to drive technical decisions, mentor engineers, and establish engineering best practices in AI and ML environments.
- Strong background in AI solution architecture, agentic AI design, RAG implementations, and integration with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
