About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML and Generative AI models and pipelines to solve complex business problems at scale.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven AI/ML solutions that impact decision-making.
- Mentor junior engineers and maintain best practices while ensuring model performance through evaluation, validation, and optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–8 years of professional experience in AI/ML/Generative AI engineering.
- Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, statistical methods, and version control (GitHub); Business-level English proficiency required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building scalable production-ready machine learning pipelines and deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments.
- Skilled at identifying AI/ML business use cases especially in ERP or Supply Chain domain is preferred but not mandatory.
- Able to communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and lead junior engineers effectively.
