About This Role
- Lead business analysis for regulatory reporting initiatives focusing on FRB TIC Series B & D, TIC S series, and 2420 reports using AI tools to enhance analysis.
- Design and architect data retrieval and analysis solutions with SQL and Python to support multi-platform finance systems requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Audit, and Technology for process optimization, validate requirements with development teams, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of IT Business Analyst experience with strong background in Finance systems and regulatory reporting projects.
- Intermediate proficiency in SQL and Python for data retrieval and analysis.
- Experience with large scale, multi-platform financial data environments and regulatory reporting frameworks.
- Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) at locations in Bangalore, Chennai or Hyderabad, India.
