About This Role
- Own and lead large, cross-team technical initiatives end-to-end including architecture, implementation, deployment, and production.
- Design and build highly scalable, resilient, secure full-stack distributed systems, solving complex problems across product and platform boundaries.
- Drive adoption of AI-native engineering practices using AI coding agents and AIDLC, and influence architecture and technical standards across teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record in building and operating complex production systems.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, Node.js, TypeScript, React or equivalent modern technologies with full-stack development expertise.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) and practical implementation of AIDLC/AI-native development.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years

- Experienced in driving architecture and technical initiatives across multiple teams in large-scale cloud-native distributed systems.
- Skilled at handling ambiguous, high-impact problems and translating them into scalable, maintainable solutions with strong engineering judgment.
