About This Role
- Build and architect AI Agents from scratch, including multi-agent systems, orchestration, and autonomous workflows with human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
- Design and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and clients to expose enterprise tools and data as callable contexts within agent runtimes, ensuring security and governance.
- Develop and deploy AI agents as Slack bots and workflow apps, integrating with enterprise systems (Jira, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.) and implement RAG architectures grounded in enterprise knowledge bases.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of software or AI engineering experience.
- Proven hands-on experience building AI agents from the ground up, beyond framework experimentation.
- Experience developing MCP servers and clients and integrating them into agent systems.
- Strong Python skills with async, event-driven programming, plus experience designing multi-step agentic workflows and Slack bot development.
