About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of developers to architect, design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable, mission-critical .Net applications.
- Ensure code quality through design, peer reviews, testing including unit tests, and adherence to secure coding standards and best practices.
- Oversee production issue resolution, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-technical teams and stakeholders across the software development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Sciences, or equivalent.
- 7+ years total experience with minimum 5 years of relevant .Net development experience including Dot Net MVC, Dot Net Core 6.0, C#, SQL Server/Oracle, Angular 12/React JS.
- Experience leading a developer team and working on large projects with onsite/offshore models.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps), microservices architecture, design patterns, unit testing, and Agile methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to independently architect and maintain distributed .Net microservices spanning multiple business domains.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience resolving complex application stack issues in fast-paced, team-based environments.
- Experience with REST APIs, DDD, cloud technologies including Kubernetes, and familiarity with corporate domain functions (HR, Finance, Procurement) is advantageous.
