About This Role
- Own the end-to-end development, architecture, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of AudienceAI, a marketing and business development tool.
- Translate product requirements and user feedback into secure, scalable, and intuitive full-stack solutions covering front end, back end, APIs, and databases.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technology stakeholders to prioritize features, improve usability, and integrate third-party APIs and AI technologies to enhance product value.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional full-stack software development experience on production applications.
- Strong front-end skills with React and modern JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Strong back-end experience using Node.js or Python including API design and service integrations.
- Experience with relational/non-relational databases, Git, automated testing, CI/CD, and application monitoring.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in balancing technical execution with product thinking and user needs, able to handle incomplete or evolving requirements.
- Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in Agile or iterative product development processes with a focus on usability and customer outcomes.
