About This Role
- Own end-to-end service delivery management and ITSM processes for security services within the organization.
- Manage the Security Services onboarding program ensuring ≥95% coverage for security toolsets (100% for SIEM) and oversee compliance tracking with actionable improvement plans.
- Produce and present security service performance metrics, conduct service reviews, and coordinate with internal and external security stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT service delivery, preferably in a security-focused environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network security, security frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA), and familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Work location: Bangalore; Shift: 12 PM - 9 PM IST; Mode: Hybrid.
