About This Role
- Define and execute enterprise-wide AI strategy, vision, roadmap, and governance framework for global business functions.
- Lead large-scale AI transformation programs across engineering, manufacturing, mobility, and corporate sectors to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Build and manage high-performing teams in AI, Data Science, ML Engineering, and MLOps while fostering enterprise adoption of Generative AI and AI platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years in Custom Application development, Data Science, Software/Digital Engineering, or Digital Transformation.
- At least 8 years of leadership experience managing global engineering practices related to Microsoft D365 or related platforms.
- Bachelor's and Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related discipline.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Azure AI, AWS AI, OpenAI, Anthropic or similar AI ecosystems and Microsoft technologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record leading enterprise-scale AI transformation programs with measurable impact in global organizations.
- Deep technical knowledge in Machine Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, AI Platforms, and MLOps with cloud AI ecosystem expertise (Azure, AWS, Google Vertex AI).
- Strong strategic leadership and communication skills with ability to influence senior executives and manage cross-functional teams in complex environments.
