About This Role
- Lead strategic direction and management of enterprise-wide application development, cloud services, infrastructure, and digital/mobile solutions.
- Oversee project/program delivery ensuring quality, risk management, and adherence to methodologies like ITIL, DevOps, Agile, PMI, PCI, and Security best practices.
- Drive operational efficiency, team capability growth, customer satisfaction, and foster innovation in technology solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 18+ years of work experience.
- Prior experience in IT delivery roles focused on Custom Applications Development and Cloud.
- Educational qualifications: MBA and B.E.
- Experience with Microsoft/Open source technologies and Cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale IT delivery operations with end-to-end ownership.
- Comfortable leading cross-functional teams focused on innovation, cost efficiency, and high customer satisfaction.
- Familiar with cloud environments and has exposure to AI/Gen AI technologies for driving new technology solutions.
