Procurement Manager

Establish and lead the procurement function for international design-build projects, including setting procedures, supplier qualification, and audit controls.

Manage end-to-end procurement cycle: sourcing globally, vendor negotiation, purchase order drafting under international standards, and logistics including freight and export documentation.

Lead procurement spend control, delivery tracking, issue resolution, and build a procurement and logistics team aligned to project timelines.

B.E./B.Tech or equivalent degree required; MBA or CIPS qualification is advantageous.

8–12 years in construction or engineering procurement with leadership experience at reputable contractor, EPC/GC or PMC.

Proven experience in international sourcing, vendor qualification, high-value negotiation with documented cost savings; knowledge of purchase-order/subcontract terms, incoterms, shipping documentation.

ERP experience with strong spend control discipline; location: Onsite in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana.

Experience working on international design-build projects to US standards involving overseas deliveries and complex logistics.

Strong leadership capability in procurement functions, able to set up processes and lead a small team from scratch.

Skilled in managing technical and commercial bid evaluations collaboratively with design teams to ensure procurement aligns with project programmes.
