Minimum Requirements
2-4 years experience in business development, commercial partnerships, field operations, or programme management in sectors like mobility, logistics, FMCG, hospitality, or startups.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Fluency in Hindi and English for vendor interaction and reporting.
Willingness to travel extensively across Indian highway corridors.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to independently manage commercial relationships from sourcing to deal closure with small business owners.
Strong structured thinking with capability to create frameworks, pipelines, and data trackers from scratch.
Experience piloting new revenue streams or brand partnerships relevant to mobility or travel retail sectors.
