Own root-cause classification and attribution logic for transportation execution data to accurately identify reasons behind DEA misses.
Invent and simplify investigation processes by automating manual, repetitive deep-dives using tools like Kiro and Quick investigation tooling.
Generate and create reporting, analyze performance data, and drive continuous improvement through operational workflow automation (Excel VBA, SQL, QuickSight, Tableau).
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years of program or project management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, nested formulas, data cleansing) and knowledge of SQL mandatory.
Flexible work schedule availability including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in transportation or operations data analytics with emphasis on root-cause investigation and attribution.
Skilled in process automation and standardization to improve efficiency and data integrity at scale.
Familiarity with Lean principles, DMAIC methodology, and requirement gathering to support continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
