Lead design, development, evaluation, and operationalization of large-scale AI/ML and LLM-based solutions including generative AI and advanced analytics for enterprise business problems.
Architect and implement advanced generative AI applications, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings, vector search, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Drive model governance, Responsible AI compliance, production scalability, and mentor data scientists while collaborating across business, engineering, architecture, and governance teams.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related quantitative field.
8+ years IT experience with 5+ years in ML/statistical modeling/AI solution development and 2+ years specifically with generative AI or LLMs.
Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras).
Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and experience deploying AI/ML on Azure or AWS.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in large-scale enterprise AI/ML solution delivery, especially with generative AI and agentic AI platforms.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and align technical AI development with business needs and regulatory compliance.
Experience mentoring data scientists and advancing best practices in model governance, Responsible AI, and MLOps/LLMOps pipelines.
