Own and manage a portion of the global CAD solution with worldwide customer engagement responsibility.
Develop, debug, and deploy frontend and backend CAD tools and flows specifically for digital design implementations using industry-standard EDA tools.
Lead evaluation and integration of EDA tools and flows to improve design efficiency and turnaround times while supporting dynamic design environments.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years of experience in EDA/CAD, specifically with mature-node technologies such as 22nm and 12nm.
BTech or MTech in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
Expertise in Synopsys/Cadence RTL to GDS digital design flows, including synthesis, implementation, and STA tools.
Strong scripting skills in Tcl, Perl, Python for automation of RTL to GDS flows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading small technical teams within global, distributed environments.
Hands-on developer with mature software development skills and familiarity with leading programming languages, including AI/ML related development.
Strong communicator with ability to coordinate across experienced global teams and propose innovative leading-edge solutions.
