Provide backend real estate support to onshore teams managing real estate investment funds across multiple asset classes (multifamily, retail, office, hotel, industrial).
Build, maintain, and validate data sources and prepare investor reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) for global real estate funds (EMEA, APAC, Americas).
Coordinate cross-functionally with finance, asset managers, portfolio managers, strategy, research, and sustainability teams to deliver fund performance summaries and polished presentations with high accuracy.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in commercial real estate with proficiency in lease analysis, tenancy schedules, valuations, portfolio cashflow projections, loan abstraction, Argus modeling, appraisal review.
MBA in Finance, Real Estate, or related discipline (or equivalent education and experience).
Strong skills in Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, Word, and financial modeling; quantitative understanding of DCF, IRR, NPV, Return on Equity, Debt Returns.
Location: On-site in Hyderabad, India; Work Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in commercial real estate.
