Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years experience OR Master's degree with 4 years experience.
Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and Machine Learning is mandatory; PySpark experience preferred.
Proficiency in GenAI technologies such as prompt engineering, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, and Agentic AI development.
Experience interpreting and managing large, complex, unstructured datasets using relevant programming and data warehousing tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in applying advanced analytics and AI to improve digital marketing and customer servicing in financial services, preferably credit cards.
Capable of independently solving complex problems and communicating insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and mentor cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
