Pyspark Data Analyst

Analyze operational data from multiple stakeholders to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights for business planning and process improvement.

Build, implement, track, and improve decision strategies in collaboration with internal and external business partners.

Apply risk assessment and ensure compliance with relevant laws, policies, and ethical standards while communicating complex findings effectively.

Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years experience in data analytics, or Master’s degree with 4-8 years experience, or PhD.

Proficiency in Python, SQL, Hive, PySpark, Tableau, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience with advanced analytical methods including hypothesis testing, segmentation, time series forecasting, predictive modeling using Machine Learning, and unstructured data analysis using NLP/Text Mining.

Strong process management skills and attention to detail.

Experienced in translating business problems into analytical tasks and insights using diverse data sources and big data tools.

Ability to manage complex projects with organized, detail-oriented, and methodical work style.

Skilled in communication and mentoring, capable of presenting complex analyses clearly to management and coaching juniors.
