Minimum Requirements
Education: Either a 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field with 3 years experience, OR a 4-year bachelor's degree with 1 year experience in sales and marketing or related area.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 1 year or 3 years depending on education qualification.
Location: Must work onsite at Jail Road, Police Bazar, Shillong, Meghalaya, India.
Position Type: Full time Management role.

Experience in sales and marketing with ability to develop and execute sales strategies and manage a sales team.
Capability to analyze financial and market data for revenue maximization and goal-setting.
