Technical Sales Support Manager - Spirits

Provide technical leadership and support to regional sales teams and customers in spirits production, focusing on yeast, fermentation, and distillation applications.

Manage technical projects and trials, coordinate with R&D and Fermentis Academy, and handle quality investigations and troubleshooting.

Represent Fermentis at industry events, build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and industry associations, and maintain technical knowledge resources.

5+ years professional experience in spirits production (whisky, rum, gin, vodka, brandy, or neutral spirits).

Strong understanding and hands-on experience in distillation and spirits production processes.

Based in or willing to relocate to India (preferred), Japan, Greater China, or Taiwan with valid work rights.

Work Experience Required: 5+ years in spirits production.

Experienced in a technical support or customer-facing technical role within spirits production or related fermentation fields.

Able to manage projects independently and comfortable with extensive regional travel (40%+).

Has strong industry networking skills and proven ability to engage with KOLs and technical communities in the spirits sector.
