Lead SAP Finance (FI) implementation, rollout, transformation, and support projects focused on SAP FI modules such as GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, and Taxation.
Manage and coordinate SAP FI functional teams in collaboration with technical and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of project milestones including SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.
Engage with clients and stakeholders for requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, project status updates, and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Minimum Requirements
8–12 years of overall SAP experience with minimum 6+ years hands-on experience in SAP FI domain.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Universal Journal (ACDOCA).
Experience managing SAP FI integration with MM, SD, CO, and AA modules.
Educational qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree such as B.E., MBA, CA, or MCA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced SAP FI professional with leadership capability to manage teams and large-scale SAP FI projects including global rollouts and transformations.
Strong functional expertise in finance processes and SAP S/4HANA Finance, including migration/conversion or implementation experience.
Capable of handling client coordination, stakeholder management, and project governance in multi-location environments including offshore/onshore teams.
