Minimum Requirements
6+ years experience with enterprise application integrations and custom solutions involving legal & finance applications, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience with integrations involving SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, DocuSign, SSO; API architecture; and ETL tools (Informatica, Azure Data Factory, Oracle Data Integration Services, SAP Data Services).
Travel flexibility up to 50%. Experience with Microsoft tech stack (ASP.NET MVC, Web API, SQL Server) and CLM tool integration (Icertis, DocuSign) mandatory.

Experienced in client-facing roles managing global technical teams and complex integrations with enterprise and legal applications.
Demonstrates strong ownership of contract management system implementations and enforces best practices for security and performance.
Possesses advanced skills in API design, ETL processes, and client-side scripting (JavaScript, JQuery, Kendo) with ability to train junior team members.
