Senior Business Analyst - PMO

Coordinate and manage presales workshops, discovery sessions, assessments, and consulting engagements typically ranging 40–100 hours.

Develop customer-centric solution requirements by translating business challenges and collaborating with Cloud, AI, Data, Security, and Infrastructure architects.

Own presales project plans, including tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and managing documentation, proposals, and presentations through to deal closure and delivery team handover.

5–8 years overall experience including at least 3 years in project management or business analysis.

Hands-on experience in presales coordination or presales business analysis including customer-facing workshops and assessments.

Ability to manage multiple presales opportunities and coordinate with cross-functional technical teams.

Any Graduate required; Engineering Graduate or Post Graduate/MBA preferred.

Experienced in managing and driving presales activities in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments across India, Australia, APAC, and MEA time zones.

Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into structured technical solutions with high documentation standards.

Confident liaison among Sales, Presales, Solution Architecture, Delivery, and Customer stakeholders ensuring alignment and timely execution.
